I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples and families. My approach can best be described as integrative, meaning that I utilize a variety of psychological orientations in a way that best suits my client’s unique emotional and behavioral needs. These approaches include relational, family systems, feminist psychology, emotion-focused, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment interventions. I am also deeply committed to exploring cultural, social and environmental factors that contribute to a person’s well being, as well as the impact of discrimination and prejudice on the lives of People of Color and LGBTQ+ communities. My aim is to work collaboratively with clients to develop a treatment plan that fits the unique goals of each individual, couple or family.

I received my master’s degree in couple, family therapy and my doctorate in clinical psychology from Antioch University Seattle. In my career I have had the privilege of practicing within and alongside a wide range of clinical settings and systems, including community mental health, intensive outpatient addiction treatment, the King County mental health court and drug court systems, and the greater King County public school systems. I have also published research in the areas of war stress trauma and early motherhood. I am more than happy to provide my curriculum vitae to you upon request.
