Initial Intake Appointment $220 (60 minutes)

Individual Therapy $200 (55 minutes)

Couples Therapy $200 (55 minutes)

I accept Visa, Mastercard, Check, Venmo & Paypal

I also take HSA/FSA cards

Cancellation Policy: I require 24-hour notice for cancellations; otherwise a $100 fee may be applied.

For out-of-network insurances, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill, which you can then submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

If you have questions about deductibles, co-pays, authorizations or general coverage questions, please contact your insurance company using the number on the back of your card prior to your appointment. Typical CPT codes utilized for individual therapy include 90791 & 90837.
